Concert and dinner in honour of Turkish Head of State

President hosts dinner and “fado” concert to his Turkish counterpart

The President of the Republic hosted, in Istanbul, a dinner party to his Turkish counterpart and Mrs. Hayrunisa Gül, which was preceded by a “fado” concert featuring songstress Katia Guerreiro.

President visited the historical area of Istanbul

On the second day of the State Visit to Turkey, the President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva made a tour of the historical area of Sultanhamet, in Istanbul, the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Cistern of the Basilica.
