A humanitarian organization which intervenes speedily in crisis and emergency situations in several parts of the world, always concerned in protecting human beings from the consequences of acts of violence or natural catastrophes.

Set up in 1984, this Portuguese Non Government Organization has as its objectives the fight against poverty, social exclusion, underdevelopment, hunger and the results of war, in any area of the planet.
