Mrs. Cavaco Silva and the First Lady of the Dominican Republic, Mrs. Candida Montilla de Medina – who has travelled privately to Portugal – visited, in Lisbon, the “Differences” Centre for Juvenile Development.

On the occasion, the “Differences” Centre and the Centro de Atención Integral para la Discapacidad (CAID), from Santo Domingo, signed an agreement for interchange and cooperation.

Later, Mrs. Cavaco Silva hosted, in the Palace of Belém, a luncheon in honour of the Dominican First Lady.
