Mrs Cavaco Silva attended, in Odivelas, the inaugural act of the Iv Festival of the Senses, organized by the Association of Parents and Friends of Handicapped Mentally Deficient Adults – CEDEMA, and watched the theatrical show “The Box of Dreams”.
