Mrs. Cavaco Silva opened the photographic exhibition “Nearer to what is Rare”.

After viewing the exhibition, the First Lady attended the commemorative dinner of the 10th Anniversary of “Raríssimas” - National Association for Mental and Rare Diseases, held in the Restaurant “Na Ordem...com Luís Suspiro”, in Lisbon.
