Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited the Visually Deficient Reading Service of the National Library (LDV), during which she recorded an audio book - the short story “The Home of the Sea”, by Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, available from now on to the users of this service.

After a meeting with the technicians and voluntary workers of the LDV services, Mrs. Cavaco Silva viewed two exhibitions on show in the National Library.
