Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited, in Faro, the Regional Centre of the Portuguese Association of Cerebral Paralysis (APPC).

APPC is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity that started its activity in the Algarve in November 1982, through this Regional Centre, and develops programmes of social intervention, health, rehabilitation, education, occupational support, training and employment, sports and recreation, family and community, aiding people affected with cerebral paralysis and similar neurological diseases.
