Mrs. Cavaco Silva presided at the opening ceremony of Casa das Cores, Centre for the Temporary Accommodation of Children at Risk, promoted by the Movement at the Service of Life (MSV).

The ceremony was held in Parque da Belavista, Chelas, Lisbon.
