Mrs. Cavaco Silva presided at the inaugural ceremony, held in Forum PT, in Lisbon, of the Exhibition “The Other Face”, showing work carried out by the beneficiaries of CEDEMA – Association of Parents and Friends of Mentally Handicapped Adults.

At the end of the ceremony, Mrs. Cavaco Silva witnessed the signature of a protocol of agreement between the PT Foundation, SAPO and CEDEMA, relative to the 2009 Campaign, the gains from which will revert in favour of that Association.
