While the meeting of the XIX Iberian American Summit was taking place in Estoril, the spouses of the attending leaders, accompanied by Mrs. Cavaco Silva, visited Cascais and Sintra.

The Paula Rego House of Tales, the Cabo da Roca promontory, and the Palaces of Seteais and of Sintra Village were the tour destinations.
