Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended the award ceremony of the L’Oréal Medals of Honour for Women in Science.

The prizes awarded in the 6th Edition of the 2009 L’Oréal Medals of Honour went to researchers Drs. Silvia Vilares Conde, Joana Salgado and Maria José Oliveira.
