The President of the Republic addressed a message of condolences to the Family of Dr. Alberto Ralha.
Following is the text of the President’s message:
"I greatly regret the passing away of Alberto Ralha and express my deepest condolences to the Family of this individuality in the fields of Science and Culture who, throughout his whole life was dedicated to the study of the problems of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Portugal, and carried out, with a deep sense of duty, many relevant public offices.
