Born in Lisbon, received University education and specialized in company management and finance, with experience in corporate finance, marketing, quality certification, risk management, and project and company management. He managed an international financial establishment and is active in the coaching of managers and entrepreneurs.

In 2005 he was awarded, by the Professional Training Institute of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Prize for the Best Project for the Creation of Enterprises.

He provides support for the internationalization of Portuguese enterprises, aiding the achievement of new markets, business feasibility, search for strategic or commercial partnerships and management of their foreign investments, as well as for Portuguese entrepreneurs located in neighbouring countries.

He is a member of the Board of the Portuguese-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and of several professional associations in the area of his profession.

His plans include the federation, with the trade mark “Advance +” of a network of Portuguese professional operators currently acting individually and separately and set their joint skills to work in synergy, to support the Portuguese entrepreneurial community, promoting Portugal in Luxembourg and Luxembourg in Portugal.

He would export to Portugal the Germanic preciseness and quality, and import into Luxembourg the great adjustment and working capacities of the Portuguese.
