Opening of the Portuguese Book Fair

President Cavaco Silva attends initiatives related to the projection of the Portuguese Language

Within the Programme of his State Visit to Cape Verde, the President of the Republic attended, in the City of Praia, events related with the international projection of the Portuguese Language.

President Aníbal Cavaco Silva closed, in the University of Cape Verde, the International Conference on Portuguese Language and Cultural Dialogue, when he delivered an address.

Later, he visited, in the capital of Cape Verde, the International Institute of Portuguese Language (IILP), following which he went to the National Library, where he attended the opening the Portuguese Book Fair, and where he addressed a further allusive speech.
