Vienna City Council welcomes President Cavaco Silva

The President of the Republic in a welcoming ceremony held in Vienna City Hall, with the presence of all the Aldermen of the Austrian capital.
After addressing a short speech President Aníbal Cavaco Silva signed the City Hall’s Book of Honour.
