President of the Republic met with Portuguese entrepreneurs in Australia

Included in the programme of his Official Visit to Australia, the President of the Republic held a meeting, in Sydney, with a group of Portuguese entrepreneurs residing in Australia, with whom he spoke concerning the economic situation in Portugal and Europe and the several businesses they are currently working in.

A speech was delivered by President Aníbal Cavaco Silva at the beginning of the encounter, after the welcoming words from the Portuguese Ambassador in Canberra, Rui Quartin Santos.
