Framework of the 2nd Campaign - Campaign Objectives

 

3.1. Call the attention of the various bodies, enterprises, associations, schools and people in general to the importance of the recovery, defence and promotion of heritage to the full extent that its current concept embraces.

3.2. Highlight the role that activities linked to heritage can and must accomplish in the socio-cultural and economic development.

3.3. Promote several monuments and emblematic national sites, even those which are lesser known.

3.4. Highlight “good practices” in the preservation and recovery of heritage.

3.5. Encourage educational actions in respect of heritage to be promoted by schools and local authorities.

3.6. Stimulate the work developed by local authorities in this domain and endeavour to optimize its liaison with the central powers and the civil society.

3.7. Highlight the work developed by several institutions and individual owners of classified assets.
