The President of the Republic will decorate the Former President of the Republic General António Ramalho Eanes with the Grand Collar of the Order of Freedom and the last Governor of Macau, Lieutenant General Vasco Rocha Vieira, with the Grand Cross of the Military Order of Torre e Espada, of Value, Loyalty and Merit.

The investiture ceremony will be held on Friday, 18 December, at 11:30 hours, in the Palace of Belém.
