At the end of the second of his official visit to Norway, the President of the Republic joined, in the coastal city of Bergen, with members of the Portuguese Community in the country.

President Cavaco Silva addressed those present and, at the end, presented the Lusofonia Association with a Portuguese language library.

A “fado” concert performed by songster Ricardo Ribeiro concluded the encounter with several hundred Portuguese residing in Norway.
