The President of the Republic decorated, with the Grand Cross of the Military Order of Christ, the Head of the Civil Staff, Dr. José Manuel Nunes Liberato, the Head of the Military Staff, Lieutenant General Carlos Carvalho dos Reis, and the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Arnaldo Pereira Coutinho.
