Campaign 1 of the Route to Heritage, launched by the President of the Republic under the theme “Cultural Heritage of Lower Alentejo” continued with visits, in Beja, to the Church of Our Lady of Prazeres and to the city’s Regional Museum.

Later, President Cavaco Silva visited, in Vidigueira, the São Cucufate Archaeological Site.
