The President of the Republic, Aníbal Cavaco Silva, took the first step on the Route to Inclusion in Alcoutim, in inland Algarve, the first campaign of which is dedicated to the Peripheral Regions, fighting aging and social exclusion, and which will bring him into contact with various successful programmes in the Alentejo and in the District of Castelo Branco.
