Deeply concerned with the news of the tragic flooding which has afflicted India, I wish to tender Your Excellency, in this moment of ordeal, on behalf of the people of Portugal and in my own name, our feelings of regret, and equally request that you accept our most sincere condolences and heartfelt solidarity.
