The President of the Republic addressed a message of condolences to the Family of Horácio Roque.

Following is the text of the President’s message:

"Upon being advised of the passing away of Commander Horácio Roque, I address my deepest condolences to the bereaved Family. The life of Horácio Roque is an example of the will to succeed, of strength and energy, of entrepreneurial spirit. Horácio Roque never allowed being conquered by adversity, and was never resigned to the destiny of his origins.

His memory deserves the respect and the admiration of the Portuguese.
