Princess Lalla Kadhija, I would like to express to Your Majesty and to all the Royal Family, on behalf of the Portuguese People and personally in my own name, our heartiest congratulations and best wishes for the health and happiness of the felicitous new-born and her mother, H.R.H. Princess Lalla Salma, as well as for the prosperity of our friends the Moroccan People.
