Madam President,

I was deeply concerned with the news of the tragic and cowardly attacks perpetrated yesterday, in Jaipur, against defenceless people, which deserve our fullest decrial and rejection.

In this moment of grief and suffering I wish to signify to Your Excellency and to the families of the victims of these attacks, on behalf of the people of Portugal and in my own personal name, our feelings of deep regret and solidarity.
