Mister President

On the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of Poland, I beg you to accept, Mister President, on behalf of the People of Portugal and in my own personal name, our warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for the progress and prosperity of the People of Poland.

Our two countries, united by tight bonds of friendship and cooperation, and partners within the framework of the European Union and of the Atlantic Alliance, enjoy nowadays an ample and diversified relationship. I am particularly pleased to ascertain our common wish to consolidate and further strengthen this relationship.

Renewing my sincere congratulations, and hoping to have the pleasure of shortly seeing you again, please accept, Mister President, the expression of my highest consideration and personal esteem.
