Mister President 

On the occasion of Your Excellency’s re-election to the high office of President of the Republic of Serbia, I wish to address you, on behalf of the People of Portugal and in my own name, my warmest congratulations and wishes for success.

The Serbian People have just given an eloquent example of their attachment to the values of democracy, on which is based the process of European integration.

I am certain that in the course of Your Excellency’s new mandate, the relations of friendship and cooperation between Portugal and Serbia will continue being strengthened, to the benefit of both our peoples.

Please accept, Mister President, my sincere wishes for your personal happiness and for the prosperity and progress of the People of Serbia.
