The President of the Republic took part in the Commemorative Ceremony celebrating the 41st Anniversary of April 25th, held in Parliament House, during which he delivered a speech.

After the ceremony, together with the Speaker, Dr. Assunção Esteves, President Cavaco Silva visited the exhibition “Todos às Urnas” (“All to the Ballot Boxes”) on show in the “Passos Perdidos” Gallery, celebrating the elections for the Constitutive Assembly on 25 April 1975.
