The President of the Republic received today, in audience, the Representative of the Republic for the Madeira Autonomous Region, Judge Councillor Ireneu Cabral Barreto, who briefed on the results of the contacts kept with the Region’s political factions, following the resignation of the Regional Government.

In this context, the President of the Republic decided to call on the political parties represented in the Legislative Assembly, for audiences to take place on 22 January instant.
