The President of the Republic ended his participation in the Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, held in Veracruz, Mexico, with a press conference in which he was joined by the Prime Minister, Dr. Passos Coelho and by the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Dr. Rui Machete.
