The President of the Republic receives his Colombian counterpart, Juan Manuel Santos, on 6 November next, in the Palace of Belém.

The visit of President Santos to our Country is included in a tour of several European capitals that the Colombian President begins on 3 November and which, along with Lisbon, comprises Madrid, Brussels, Berlin, Paris and London, capital cities of countries that Colombia considers as “strategic friends and partners”.

In addition to the meeting between the two Heads of State, the President of the Republic will host a luncheon in honour of his Colombian counterpart, which will also be attended by the Prime Minister and other Members of the Government.

The current peace process in Colombia and the bilateral relations between both countries will be the main items on the agenda.
