The President of the Republic met, in Seoul, representatives of academic and scientific institutions of the Republic of Korea, together with leading officers from three Portuguese universities.

During the meeting, several cooperation protocols and memorandums of understanding were subscribed between the Camões Institute of Cooperation and Language and the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, between Minho University and the Korean Institute of Science and Technology and also with the Chonbuk National University, and between the Portuguese Catholic University and the University of Seoul.
