Nativity scenes from private collection on show
At the invitation of the Chancellor, Prof. Doctor Maria da Glória Ferreira Garcia, Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended a Christmas solidarity dinner hosted by the Portuguese Catholic University, where 16 Nativity Scenes from the First Lady’s private collection were exhibited.

The Saint Peter Claver Missionary Sisters and their work of solidarity received from Mrs. Cavaco Silva a donation resulting from the distribution of the CD recorded on the occasion of the 2011 World Poetry Day celebration, held in the Palace of Belém.
