President of the Republic met the Speaker of the German Parliament

At the beginning of the second day of his State Visit to Germany, the President of the Republic held a meeting with Norbert Lammert, the President of the Bundestag.

After the meeting, which included members of the political parties represented in the Portuguese Parliament who were part of the Presidential retinue, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva visited the Bundestag building, accompanied by the President of the Germany-Portugal Friendship Society, Christian Lange.
