President Cavaco Silva sent condolences to his Italian counterpart, Giorgio Napolitano, over the victims of the traffic accident in the region of Naples

The President of the Republic addressed a message of condolences to the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, over the victims of the traffic accident in the region of Naples

Following is the text of the message from President Cavaco Silva:

“Mister President,

Upon being advised of the tragic accident occurred yesterday with a motor coach in the Naples region, I wish to transmit to Your Excellency and the People of Italy, on behalf of the People of Portugal and in my own personal name, our feelings of deepest regret, begging you equally to communicate to the bereaved families the expression of our sincere condolences and solidarity.
